You remember that old science class factoid, that our bodies are over 60% water. Long before we’d heard of ions and pH levels, we all knew that hydration was important. Whether you’re an elite athlete or simply want to keep your skin looking great (check out my skin post), staying properly hydrated is essential to full-body health. So if water is such a big deal, shouldn’t we be reaching for the best water possible? And since we’ve all read, heard and felt the benefits of clean, additive-free foods - why should we expect anything less from our water?
